Yaoxian brand multi-functional potato grain whole flour vermicelli production line
- High-quality products: The multi-grain nutritious vermicelli produced by this production line can be eaten within 4 minutes in soup, fish, and stir-fry, which can be no paste soup, original potato flavor and good taste.
- Wide adaptability: This production line can produce functional whole flour vermicelli such as rice cereal vermicelli, corn multigrain vermicelli, and potato vermicelli vermicelli according to the medicine and food homologous formula.
- Efficient and automatic: Only ～20 operators (excluding packaging personnel) are required to produce 8 tons of vermicelli in an 8-hour shift, and the core technical parameters are intelligently controlled.
- Low consumption and energy saving: Only need to cook at medium temperature in short time before vermicelli formation, after vermicelli formation, it will automatically continuously steam at medium temperature in short time, and dry in short time by air cooling. No need for long-term aging, washing or frozen to loose vermicelli.
- High yield: Due to the automatic and continuous delivery of each process of the production line, it avoids the phenomenon of low yield caused by serious “scattering, disorder, breaking, crushing and falling” in the production process of traditional technology.
- Hygiene and environmental protection: Less dust is collected and processed, less waste water and steam are collected and discharged, and the process of “pipe, trough, bucket, belt, box” and other processes are automatically sent and received. With the automatic operating system, it is a real realization for entire production line continuous automatic control from raw materials dry powder proportioning to product aseptic packaging! It overcomes the phenomenon of long-term “static aging” or even “overnight aging” in the traditional processing technology, which causes the vermicelli enzymes to become rancid.
